When a session is recorded using PlayLog, we collect: screen recordings of the browser tab, console logs and JavaScript errors, network request and response details, and user interaction events (clicks, scrolls, navigation). We also collect your account email address when you sign up.
Session data is used solely to provide the PlayLog service — storing recordings, generating shareable links, and displaying session replays to authorized team members. We do not use session data for advertising or profiling.
Session recordings are stored for the duration specified by your plan: 3 days on the Free plan, 60 days on Pro, and 90 days on Team. After this period, recordings are automatically deleted. Account data is retained until you delete your account.
We never sell, share, or rent your personal data or session recordings to third parties. Session data belongs to you and your team.
PlayLog uses Stripe for payment processing. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Session recordings are stored on our own infrastructure.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. You can also request deletion of specific sessions at any time.
